@@CanadianTreasureHunter yes we do for sure. I believe we’re in the most expensive part of the country to operate a junk removal company.
The first job had a bunch of extra labor hours in there. And the last job is a commercial job that we charge per item instead of per truck.
How do you price it? Do you keep anything for resale or scrap metal?
@@luigiprovencher for commercial sites, we price per bulk item. If there is a lot of metal, we will bring another truck and put metal in one truck non metal in another so we can scrap it.
For residential jobs we charge per truck like everyone else with 2 hours of labor for 2 guys included in the price. More guys or more labor hours are $65/hr/guy.
