It seems like they all have terrible reviews, including this one, but seeing this video makes all of those reviews seem so incorrect. I've been looking at living in this complex and was wondering if you've had a good experience? thanks so much!
Hi! I ran into the same issue looking for apartments, for some reason all the reviews online show horrible ratings. I went off of friends I knew and their experiences and I ended up loving it! out of the many off campus apartments, this one is definitely one of the best! It's maintained well and I never had any issues. The only thing is they had a fire alarm problem where it would go off at random times, but I think they may have fixed it towards the end of my lease. It was overall very quiet, clean and high-quality!
How was the apartment before you moved in? Im moving to usf this fall and im actually going for this type of housing. How do you choose roomates? What does the apartment have already in it? Is it easy to get a place into one of these apartments? Are these co dorms or segregated? Whats the cost in living in one of these? How do you guys manage food and costs?
I know for the 4 bedroom apartments they have different floor plans Newton, Nobel, Hawkin. Do you remember which one yours was? Love your set up btw 💓💓

What complex is this? I’m looking to return to USF for my MA in 2021? I graduated in 2018. Have they built any newer complexes? I stayed at On50 and didn’t really care for management or quality of building.

From what I can tell, I believe this is IQ Apartments. It is right off of USF on Fowler Avenue .

this is IQ apartments! some new ones around the area include The Standard and Union on Fletcher :)

I think the rates may have changed since I lived there so I would check the website! :) also this is at USF
did your apartment come furnished or did you have to furnish it yourself? I may be transferring to USF so I'm looking into apartments
it came furnished! most student apartments do!
The only one that I know of they didn’t come furnished was Urban Place off of 50th Street next to On50
