@@Jaroslav. Faster, and 0.1 gram inaccuracy is a lot for Mahlkönig. If it’s set up it will deliver 18.0 grams every day all day. Besides that - way batter distribution of coffee into the portafilter
@@julius4167 You mean E65S? They grind 18g in about the same time (~6s). If you’ve watched the whole video, you’d hear Luigi talk about the honest weight display. The distribution is better on newer Mazzers with the GFC. I think Mazzers are better overall, just wanted to know your reasoning. Thank you for sharing 😊
@@Jaroslav. worked often with the e65s. It grinds in about 3.8 - 4 seconds (18g). I’ve heard what he said about the weight unit. To be honest I’ve never worked with anything like the e65s in a commercial setting. It’s so reliable, so accurate every time with no 0.1 deviation that I’m confused how they have done this. The Mahlkönig has also DDD which shows you how far apart you burs are. Makes recreating recipes almost to easy. Besides that, I don’t like conical burs when it comes to taste. In my opinion the Mazzer is nowhere near the Mahlkönig. Thank you for your sharing too!
