Thanks!.. I was having trouble because all other videos were showing to push in on both sides but obviously the 2021 is different. You don’t push in on sides you pull up and out with the entire box. Your video is the only one that shows this.

I have the smell right now it almost burns your nostrils was that the issue I'm trying to figure out what's going on here without taking it into the dealership and waiting a day.

Same with my 21, have a musty smell and only 12k miles. Going to try the air filter first. I did read that the 19 models had a rear window leak, I hope it’s nothing like that.

Thanks for the video. Certainly not intuitive. Our American brands always have the dumbest designs for stuff like this. The Germans make it so easy in their cars. You shouldn’t have to feel like you’re going to break parts to do routine maintenance. Drives me crazy
