Knew a couple both white. Baby came out mixed. They told everyone who came to the hospital to visit that the "father" had a great-great-grandmother who was Native American and that's why he was dark. A week after they returned home he left. Truth was she had a one night stand, never got the guys name.

That's sad. My daughter really is dark because of native American blood lol. I don't have a husband, so no reason to lie. People thought she was Hispanic for the longest time, even with vitiligo and staying out of the sun, she's ten shades darker than me!
Our family is Mexican, no white people until three generations ago for both my parents. Black haired, browned eyed, brown skin, straight through. My mom had three kids. One of my brothers is white af. He was even blonde when he was little, and has light brown eyes! My dad was like wtf, then we got a DNA test. My brother is his, thank goodness, but we were still saying wtf. Turned out, it was traced back to our relatives and it skipped three generations. His friends joke that he came from the milk man.
Same thing happened to my father(him being born blue eyes pale skin ). He married my mother who is Hispanic but with European ancestry (red hair and freckles ). It's probably a fucking outdated procedure that's in a book of law that the judge has to follow even if they know better too. That happens in France a lot for cheating divorces for alimony. And for real, I think because of how it's worded in France, the partner would have to pay the alimony anyway because "mothers" and "women" in marriage since the inception of Le Code Civil by Napoleon had a lot of safety nets included to have the fruits of labour during a wedding go to them if the man up and left, which was good since women couldn't work and shit back then, but the system needs a more equalitarian overhaul now western societies allow women to work and earn a wage and stuff (also the default : the mother gets automatic custody unless she's homeless also needs to change)

She said she looked at her baby girl and knew she deserved a better father. She got the divorce, moved out of state, built a career and met a great guy who was thrilled to legally adopt her daughter. Daughter knew the whole story from her late teens and so far had no interest in pursuing any of it. To her Dad is her only father.Jerk missed out twice!

Tommy DoeZ!!! This has happened though. And it wasn't a switched at birth case either. Nor a case of renting a womb(there's an official term I forget). Sounds crazy doesn't it? There was one case where for some reason (I can't remember if it was medical or legally claiming paternity) a women's DNA test did not match with that of her children, children she'd given birth to and mothered. How do you ask? Well, it turns out she was a CHIMERA!!! No! Not a mythical beast with three heads and a snake for a tail! A biological chimera! In essence, in her mother's womb she fused with her fraternal twin sister whose tissue was mostly restricted to her womb and ovaries, making hard to detect in a simple mouth swab DNA Test. It was this twin's eggs that formed the childen, which is why the kid's mother did not match with them.

I know someone who he found out his daughter wasn’t his. After she was born he and his girlfriend broke up and he was there for 5 years paying child support and helping out when he decided to take a test only to find out she wasn’t his. Worst part when he found this out the his ex girlfriend cut off contact between him and his daughter, she didn’t even send him pictures of her first day in kindergarten even though he raised her.
Whilst I do understand being okay with finding out your dad isn't your biological dad, I can't stress the importance of knowing who your biological family is and the genetic traits that come with it. I'm relatively sure my dad's entire side of family has screwed up heart issues, but I have no way of contacting them because they're so estranged (or I am, anyway). My heart is probably going to kill me, but could be anything at this point. My mom's side has blood issues.
Same with my dad's side, but mine is diabetes. I have a 40% chance of having it just because I was born from his family. It's not the fatal issue you have, but still a big fuck you from the genes.
The first one I question. I absolutely believe those circumstances can, and do, happen all the time. What makes it questionable is the "father" getting served with child support papers at 15. There are numerous other cases where the father is underage, and they're not served with child-support papers until they're 18. (Although it also includes BACK child-support at that point). Even in a case of statutory rape/child molestation, the boy can be held responsible for child support. And using DNA to prove he's not the father is no guarantee he won't still have to pay child support, because the state supposedly only cares about "the welfare of the child". (aka "we can't find the real father, and WE don't want to pay it, so you have to.").
It depends on the situation if the man would have to pay the child support or not. In the situation in the video, the boy won't have to pay it. Now if the baby was 2 years old and he just found it the baby wasn't his then he may have to pay the support. If the man isn't the father, but has helped raised it and the mother doesn't know who the real dad is then the man may have to pay. If the man isn't the father, but hasn't helped raised it then they most likely won't have to pay anything. It all depends on the situation and how the baby lived up to that point in time. I hope that made sense.
Growing up I had a few Asian centric traits, and my parents often joked that I was stolen/swapped in the hospital. They would always assure me afterwards that I would grow out of those traits. Well, I'm 18 now and the traits are still there. The jokes haven't stopped and I'm worried that I may actually have been stolen/swapped in the hospital :|
At 8:26, the dude walked out so fast because he didn't want to cause a scene. He was probably extremely pissed while he was getting his stuff out of the house.
I once heard a story about a woman who had to get tested whether her children were actually hers and it turned out, they weren't. Surprisingly, they were their father's children, so it wasn't a mix up that happened in the hospital. Imagine getting a DNA test, and the results are like "Great! Your dad IS your father, I told you so! Everything is fine! But wait... Your mom isn't your mother? What? How?..." Turns out she was what is called a chimera, basically, when twins develop, there is a small chance that they can fuse just at the right time so that they DON'T become siamese twins and one DOESN'T just absorb the other but actually incorporates the absorbed twin's tissue with its DNA into their own body. And that was what happened. The woman had the kidneys and the ovaries of her sister. This is the Wikipedia article on that case: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lydia_Fairchild?wprov=sfla1

Knew a couple both white. Baby came out mixed. They told everyone who came to the hospital to visit that the "father" had a great-great-grandmother who was Native American and that's why he was dark. A week after they returned home he left.
Truth was she had a one night stand, never got the guys name.

My oldest brother looks more Native American while my youngest looks french me and my sister look Spanish(darker hair but white features as opposed to blue eyes and light hair) . Funny how genetics skip generations.
Complex Ez yes, but we just weren’t expecting it lol. It made sense after it was explained to us
I have a distant cousin who had several kids with his wife who all came out pretty light skinnned. Their last one came out dark AF. Its his. Everyone jokes about it.
That's the fun thing about having dark hair/dark eyes as a latino... You probably are carrying recessive traits and could really have a kid with totally different coloration! My sis and her husband both have light eyes but have a brown eyed daughter, now that's a little suspicious... Lol

That last story though!!!
Had to grow a few extra brain cells to process that one!
I was born with my umbilical cord rapped around my neck. I came out purple. I'm mixed race. 🤔 But I know both my parents so it couldn't have been a story about me 🤷🏾♂️
Same, dude. My parents way older than 15 and 16 lol
this is true, all purple kids are mixed race, Alien and Human, lol
@@MrWheelerification I was ginger as a baby, umbilical cord was around my neck, I wasn't purple, I came out blue.

Judge:you need to prove youre the father

Judge:Not the father
EVERYONE: Well Duh
First one already: Not a doctor/nurse...
That one boi is 15 and was ready for child support, nigga im 15 and i cant even cook spaghetti

Bill Bo Haggins ... There should be a special place in hell for deliberately impregnating someone without their consent.
@@g.s.651 Agreed. That is messed up. Intentionally getting someone pregnant just for pride is absolutely detestable. If I learned of a man who did this. I would have went to their house and shot him in both feet enough times he would rethink his life choices as well as being unable to walk without constant pain.
You’re ‘amazed’ that none of the men became murderers? Jesus Christ, Murica, you so fucked up.
Damn that 15 year old was gonna commit 😂😂😂
Nurse here.
The couple came in with a child with dengue. Mother and father were both type O.
But the child was type A.
Two type O parents almost always has a child with type O.
A tyoe A child means one parent is type O and the other should be type A...
I didn't have the heart to tell the guy. He was so worried about his kid dying. Mother looked at me and she somehow was able to read my face.
I made a discreet note to the AP for possible family counseling

This is why I only want to have boys: they can’t come home pregnant.
this isn't about the subject, but just as bad. i was hired at 17 to do some work with a neighbor at an office. after the first week the neighbor said i'd done so much in a week that what was a six week job would only last three. oh, my. ok. the last week i was there a baby shower was held with some of the workers and at one point, the pregnant woman was to toss something out and the person that caught it was the next to have a baby. i laughed and said, "i hope the next person is married". the room went silent. my boss told me the pregnant woman was not married. i was horrified at my comment and turned to run to the woman and tell her i didn't mean it the way it sounded, but my neighbor stopped me and said she already told the woman that i didn't know anyone there and i didn't mean anything by it.
i still wish she'd let me apologize.
The last story made me think that the Judge was so busy studying law that he forgot basic biology.
Dna test every newborn.
"Hey hey, Daddio"😂 bruhh I'd say the same

You always see videos on how the kid ain't the father's... Well I want to see videos about when it ain't the mother's!
I'm hoping you're joking cause if so well done for making me cringe but there are actually comments that seriously say this so I ask:

Gender Equality amirite?
I think that will only apply if they are a lesbian couple?
I don't think the judge in the last story knows how biology works...
I don’t think you know how law works. It is highly doubtful that the law makes an exception for same sex couples. They wanted marriage, congrats this is the kind of crap married heterosexuals have to deal with.
Jesse oh shut the fuck up you dumb homophobic bitch.

You can still get yourself genetic tested for diseases etc to see what yourself is prone too. but yes helps know family related passings.
This reminds me of a joke I heard years ago: if you cheat, make sure it's with someone the same ethnicity as you are
Every baby should immediately get a DNA test at birth.
Damn. Definitely avoiding American women from potential spouses.
Your laws screws men so hard even when men are the victims.
That last one killed me. I genuinely don’t know what that judge was thinking
I feel like it was just something that they had to do to go by the books, to make sure there aren’t any issues with the legal case.
Mandy87Marie that’s a fair point
Imagine the doctor who had to make that test’s face lol when he was asked to do a DNA test on a woman to she if she was the child’s sire or not lol
3:17 the dad in this story sounds like an incredible guy. Wasn't expecting a story so wholesome to come out of this video.

What? How?..."
Turns out she was what is called a chimera, basically, when twins develop, there is a small chance that they can fuse just at the right time so that they DON'T become siamese twins and one DOESN'T just absorb the other but actually incorporates the absorbed twin's tissue with its DNA into their own body.
And that was what happened.
The woman had the kidneys and the ovaries of her sister.
This is the Wikipedia article on that case:

Any guy can be a father. Not anyone can be a dad.
What I got from this///// if your a girl and are going to cheat, cheat with a person of the same race as your spouse 😂
30% of children born nowadays are estimated to have a dad different from their biological father. Don't you think that's insane?
@@Mauricio-oo3dk What I think is even more insane is that some dads would refuse to raise the children if they knew this.
@@japanpanda2179 I would not raise a bastard either. It's hard man, work your ass to support that.
