Right now avoid Srinagar route... Manali- Leh is fine!!

1. Killer - Kishtwar 118 nai 140 km hai maps ke galat hai.. even jo time likha aata hai wo to poora hi galat h.
2. Roads are better after you cross gulabgarh.
3. Cliffhanger wala world's deadliest road ishtitari se start hota hai.
Overall poora circuit maze daar hai

Hi , Is it safe to drive down to Leh via Srinagar during October first week if not then I am considering second option to go via Sach Pass , hope Jeep compass is compatible to cover this stretch .
For srinagar keep an eye on news... Yes Compass is good machine I believe to do this

We have planned to do Dli Pathankot chamba Sach pass Killar Tandy and then Leh....please let us know where should we halt if we start from Kaylong in the morning for Leh via Tandi before dusk...till kaylong we have some plans like day 1. DLI to P Kot 2. P Kot to Bairagarh 3. Bairagarh to Killar 4. Killar to Kaylong 5. Kaylong to...? 6. ??? To Leh..please advise

days totally depend on you .. how much you can travel in one day and also how much you wanna stay at one place!!

Sach pass connects Chamba and Pangi
Pangi is right next to lahoul and spiti
So you go to pangi via sach pass then follow main highway to lahoul spiti.
Other way to think about these roads is this
Rohtang pass connects Manali to lahoul spiti, lahoul and spiti and pangi are already connected via NH, sach pass then connects pangi and Chamba

Bairagarh to Keylong will be one hell of a long long Ride.. not because of Kilometers but due to road condition.... I think you should target Udaipur and rest decide on the go where you reach!!! keeping in mind leave early in morning,

1. Bairagarh se 25 km pehle petrol pump hai waha mil jaata hai petrol, 2. Black me killer aur gulabgarh me milega

I have been 3 Times To sach pass .. on one occasion the petrol was not on that pump .... that is why I say you do not have to rely completely on that..If its there its a bonus

what exactly is this route? which Sumdo you are talking about
@@FalconRiders manali-keylong-Darcha Dangma-Zanskar Sumdo-padum. This route was a dirt track/pony trail until last year when the BRO converted it into a motorable road. It provides a shorter access to Padum, the Zanskar region and then onwards to Kargil from Manali.
