Hello, Dream. Hope you're doing well. Love the theme of this segmented video with three different characters. A ceremony of Appreciation for one's hard work and dedication. Such rituals are just as important now, as they were back then. But unfortunately far less common now. Funny story.... Field Supervisor stopped by my 3rd Shift job for a surprise visit only two nights ago. No clue who he was, never seen him before. Typical. Told me he was sent to clean things up at the problematic job-site. Half an hour later after I gave him a full detailed run-down of EVERYTHING, he was clearly shocked, overwhelmed, amazed and said we all deserved a raise. Then he casually said something that made it clear that my hard work wasn't actually appreciated at all. Just a casual off-hand comment. Wasn't supposed to divulge that info. but yeah.... It's good to see your characters appreciate a man's dedication and hard work over many years. Mr. Cameraman did a particularly nice job. And the ring _almost_ fit. 😊💚
