Sho, i think by now you can be called KTK (Kueh Tiaw King) 😊😊😊. Bungkus means wrap. So telur bungkus is almost similar to what they do with martabak except telur bungkus, they wrap the ingredients with egg obviously.
Seeloknya, utk mereka yg first time dtg msia & nak try makanan lokal suggestkan makanan yg kurang pedas.. then, try yg agak pedas & pedas.. slow2 jgn gelojoh. Terutamanya tourist dari USA, Europe, China, Kazakstan, Jepun & Korea.
For a hardcore gym goer, Ramadan is the perfect period to get a 'off season'. Every professional athlete have their own off season too. 2 months off in a year from their training. You may think you lost a month of muscle development, but if you worked hard through out a year, it make sense to get a month off and let the muscle to recover and get good conditioning. If you still think you lost the month, just alter the training regime by focusing on lightweight training like yoga or light cardio. Or simply move the work out on evening.
Here's a tip Sho,if you wanna beat that thirst. Try put a pinch of salt in your plain water during sahur. It will help you beat/ease that thirst for the whole day. Drink a lot of plain water too during that time.
If u want to try puasa... Juz change ur activity sports especially after iftar..❤ we as muslim... When we feel happy to do that... So it will make u easy . If u feel it harder...yes ..the results will be harder😂😂😂. Dont to push ya... Actually puasa is not juz about remind poor people...but is good to reset ur body system ❤.
