I worked at one of his concerts in 2016 in Bangalore. We had a whole symphony orchestra brought in. Tickets were between Inr 1300-14000. The 1300-4500 ticket section people were unmanageable (drunk or mannerless). So think 6500 is reasonable to target semi premium audience who want to see him live while not creating a nuisance. He is amazing live btw.
