Hi Darpan, I got offers from IIM Ranchi & Kashipur (Economics Graduate, 2 yrs work ex in Analytics domain - Not sure if would go for Analytics role after MBA, want to try for Brand Management or Consulting roles). Bit confused between the two IIMs now. Could you please provide your opinion.
IIM Ranchi BA vs IIM Nagpur core....... Very confusef what to do i am mech engg not an IT guy and a fresher, will be greatful if u reply. Also sir i had talk with Ranchi student, seniors they said ba placemnts are same combined with pgp not separate as u mentioned
Can go for Ranchi as that's slightly more established college. However, if you don't want to get restricted to Analytics domain only and keep options open, then go to Nagpur
Why there's no 2nd merit list yet this year in iim kashipur any idea? Any update regarding that? No one's talking about this. Last year it released on 15th may. This year still there's no update. I'm stuck at nc-obc 60 WL. thought it'll convert so didn't pay jammu and nagpur or any other baby iims. Now don't have a clue about what will happen 😢
FMS delhi, except for few(may be 5-7) finance/Consulting companies, which might not be available, all other companies will visit be similar in both the institute.
Indore = SPJIMR > Shillong. But SPJIMR has smaller batch size which might put less stress on the institute's placement machinery, so you might prefer SPJIMR for that only reason

Go for ranchi
Ranchi has good roles. Also keep in mind, Ranchi has IPM Students as well as other hr,ba etc
IIM L ABM vs IIM M MBA which one to choose since ABM and pgp has not much difference in exposure and placements and campus life

Iim Ranchi vs Iim kashipur vs vgsom (Mba core in all)
Generally ranchi but u can consider kgp if don't pay much attention to iim tag..... Kgp is better in summers and everything just no iim tag
Go for VGSOM as its better brand. But the roles will be indexed on Analytics/Program/Product management
