Hey Doug. OG from back in the Amplified days. If you could make these flush mount into the walls with a hardwire 120v USB with audio out connection this could revolutionize the home automation world. It would put control for monitors to bed. We add this panel based home automation to all of our homes in SWFLA. I have some ideas and many high end installer connections.
not addressing the sound, but POE adapter fits the bill without having to pull in a licensed electrician. I have a few wall mounts at my house and just home run some cat6 to my POE switch
Start marketing this to the maritime industry. A lot of people use iPads for navigation. Added bonus, if you can make a side sliding version with charging.
