Thank you so much for the great video, well done. I have a 2015 Audi Q7, I have the same removal tools you were using but when I tried to pull out the dash panel buttons the plastic broke, this happen on both sides. I am still trying to get the buttons out.

Hello, is it best to disconnect the battery before removing the cluster? I don’t want to trigger the immobilizer 😓
