Nice bike! My father and I made minibikes when I was a teen. Dad fabricated the frames the rest was up to me. It was a great learning experience and a lot of fun. I learned how to use a lot of tools and how to fabricate.
Great Job. I just built an Azusa with My 3 Sons over the Summer Had a 196cc in it but changed to 212. Recently I took the Stock tank off and put a Cylinder Tank right under the top of the frame. Use to be on top. Also put a put a 22mm Mikuni Carb with a new Throttle and Brake lever. Really didn’t like the stock ones. Runs really good now. Dig the Orange. Favorite Color on Mini Bikes. Definitely get a Clutch cover from OMB. I put one on. Very easy and pretty cheap. The 2 Bolts go in right above the clutch.
You could mount the gas tank on top of the frame with zip ties or actual mounts and run a longer hose to the carburetor it should be a pretty low budget project as well

If you had test fit your rear hub/brake/spacers/axle assembly, by interchanging the two smaller bushings, you would have found they all fit without the stop bolt hitting the sprocket, and you wouldn't have had to cut the stop bolt, which was unnecessary....
Do yourself a favor, spend $5 on a chain guard or you may be having surgery on your ankle if that chain ever lets go. Nice bike, mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, gonna paint mine yellow cause Jesse James said he would never build a yellow bike and I do not care to much for him, plus it is the color of my FZ-09.
Jose Gonzalez I just replaced mine, I'd say over a hundred miles of road use. They last a long time if you don't do burn outs or things that would wear it out quickly
Eddie Price Actually there is a kickstand on the left side of these Frames. Not sure if he took it off but it is a welded piece. I just built one this past summer and had it powder coated metal flake Root beer and a CylinderTank. Came out Sharp

That's ridiculous!! These are very fun little machines, but you'd think that they put alittle more quality into their product and customer service. Oh well, what can we do.
You made the same mistake two others and probably a lot have made....the two smaller rear bushings are slightly different lengths...the shorter of the two goes between the brake drum/sprocket, and the brake hub, then the longer one goes between frame and brake hub. A test fit would have prevented you having to cut the stop bolt.

The Hemi and Non-Hemi Predators both have different style gas caps. The Hemi style is taller and bulkier....at least they were 5 years ago.

If you get a non h mi the gas cap is already thin like that so that's what i did and it worked

Spacefloater8802 the 5in wheels are better they go faster than the bigger ones mine has a 1969 2hp Briggs and Stratton and it cruses around 30mph
