Thank you so much for making my life easier your lecture really really helps me out ❤❤❤ Keep making other videos bc it is important to me I don't understand what the teacher is said at class I'm starting to know ultrasound when see your videos❤❤❤
Hello. Thanks to you, I understand how to see the segments in the TS view 😭! However, I’m struggling with the LS view. Is there any resources that can help me with this?
Hi Lisa! Thanks for stopping by! I am still fine-tuning the process as to which I'm going to make the workbooks available. It will be donation based and everything is digital in a Google Drive. It is more or less a transcript/ notes of the lectures plus some activities and study questions. I'm hoping to start rolling out the abdomen ones this week!
@@Sononerds hello, were you able to make the workbook? If so, can I receive one and any other workbook you offer for abdomen? I am preparing for my abdomen registry. The physics workbooks were so helpful. Do you think you will do lectures for OB/GYN or shorter videos for those doing registry review?
I have a question regarding the liver u/s shown in 1:34:26. Given how much brighter the right lobe is compared with the kidney wouldn't this be considered a fatty liver?
I like that you're looking for it -I don't think this is necessarily fatty liver. It is a little brighter, but the liver should be a little brighter. We can still see the kidney parenchyma and detail really well, which tends to become obscured with fatty liver.
@@Sononerds Thank you for the response. I did not realize that the the kidney parenchyma would be obscured with increased fat. I'm having trouble understanding the physics of how that would occur. Is this because the increased fat reflects back more of the ultrasound wave therefore blurring the images distal to it?
you are eloquent, clear and concise. I love this content so much, especially as a passionate educator!!! keep ripping it
