Ive first timed Aph the other coming out with a postiive kd and he feels really good. He reminds of when I took a day to learn Hwei and next day i went on a 10 game win streak, but obviously i changed roles into bot lane thats not as easy to do still, i like the main and off hand weapon combo kit they made for him. Him and Nilah has been a blast to sit back and learn.
Namaste Vapora 🙏talking about his wr state [this may get asked alot] and I dont have the knowledge, but when was Aphelios Winrate actually the lowest? Do you think he is in a decent spot rn compared to the last years? Im asking, because it really interest me what the champ is been through. Im playing leauge for half a year now and as a huge fan of this champ and obviously the fact that you too have alot of interest in this champ, id really like to know your opinion about it :0 When/at wich times did he actually felt the best to play?[i missed these times very surely] and thank you for another journey of entertainment to watch!
You can actually see his winrate history on LeagueOfGraphs: i.imgur.com/oXAEwQX.png He was released ridiculously overpowered in so many ways. Chakrams refreshed while hitting minions making it trivial to reach 20 stacks with them, they did more damage per chakram, Severum had 3-4x lifesteal at all stages, Calibrum marks had infinite range, Infernum ult did ~30% more AoE damage with 15% more AD scaling against all targets, etc. Hence you see his rise to 51% winrate was very quick after his release, even though he was a very high skill champ and no one had mastered him yet. After that he had periods of being buffed back to being OP, and periods of being nerfed into one of the worst ADCs in the game. From 2023 however you can see he's been relatively stable, which is the time where I actually started maining him. Since then, aside from minor setbacks like last patch, I would say he's been in a pretty good spot, rewarding to master, but not rewarding to play with little experience, which is where a champ like him should be. And it's been a long time since he was ever the definitely weakest ADC of a patch, usually very far from it. I picked the best time to start maining him basically, and hopefully it stays that way!
I dont remember if you mentioned it in this video or the previous one but has the ad passive buff changed your max order? I havent played for a little over a month but I would usually do w start, 3 points in q from lvls 2-4, extra point into w lvl 5, then lethality max into atk speed max 2nd.
Hi vapora, im a Aph main. I have tried/ing "on-hit" build. I like how it feels. Anyway, I've found lethal tempo to quite nice. Any Anyway, note that I am bronze. So i really am jus trying things. It feels good though. I go blade for LS, runnans give full hp, and terminus is P good for fourth. Shiv first sometimes, into kraken instead of BTk. But yeah, its nice to hear you talk while I League. Enjoying the content greatly! (:
It doesnt happen to you that you are the best player in the lobby but the game puts you with team members that are not bad but just simply dont want to play the game? (Inting on purpose, flaming, etc) Its my day by day, Its not about One game... :(
It does happen a lot. It happens to the enemies too, you just don't notice it. Just concentrate on your own game and don't let yourself be bothered by setbacks created by your teammates, whether intentional or unintentional.
