pile 1- i was tearing up because i really really need to rest, and i need to prove myself as worthy or something along those lines. But I do keep burning out, over and over despite how much I do "right," -if I keep going I crash. This keeps happening, so I have little to work with, since I take a "break," and then start again only to burn out. I'm so anxious about the fact that I can't do anything/need rest/am chronically burnt out/mental breakdowns & how that looks. I chose deck 4 and then deck 1, four pinged stronger, immediately struck by the theme of time. I do family constellation work which is about systems and how we belong in them and I have studied my own birth through that work. I know my birth story, my mother's, her mother's, and my father's. There is an a strong element of time and scarcity in all of them, not enough time and medical intervention to force timelines to align (i.e, Pitocin, forceps, etc).
Relationship to time is something I have been healing for much of life. In the birthwork I do we do not change the birth that happened to the one we wish we had but instead are able to witness ourselves and be witnessed in the reality of what happened and amazingly within that something shifts. The more aware I am of my relationship with time the more patient I am able to be with it, and patience is what was missing.
Wanted to add the element of birth to the dialogue in case it resonated for anyone else, my birth teacher says, we study our birth because the soul wants to be recognized for what it has been through. May all of you be well and supported in your journeys towards felt wholeness
