Explained very well.But, where will be quartile deviation applied. Whats the use of it? Why should we use it? And why the process considers ceiling value for f and L and floor value for CF; why not other way round?
And can there be a scenario where N/4 comes equal to or lower than the first value in the CF column? If yes then what will be the CF value?
