MSK bhai, I think something wrong with your side stand sensor. Usually when it is on standing, the bike only starts in neutral and not in gear. Hope this helps!
Clutch lever me ek socket jesa laga rehta hai, usme carbon jam jane se bike nutral karne me hi start hoti hai ,us socket ko nikal ke saaf kijiye ,fir bike gear me clutch dabane se start hone lagegi..

Bhai clutch Wire ke pass ek sensor rehta Hai sayad wo kharab ho gaya ho yaah rust a gaya hoga yaah phir check kare koi gear ke pass ka sensor me rust yaah connection problem ho raha hai
There must be a neutral detection sensor in bike like this , hence the engine is calibrated not to start unless it finds neutral ..alternate could be keep the clutch pedal pressed and then vehicle can be ignited

Clutch sensor change karwa lo. The clutch sensor makes sure you don’t start it in gear if you are not clutched in. Abhi it’s not working so the bike thinks you haven’t clutched in when in gear so it won’t start.
Bhai gadi running kabhi band mat krna, it doesn’t matter aap clutch press kiye, piston aur piston walls pe wear ho jata h, so always keep the bike neutral while running but never turn it off.
Clutch side me self start sensor cable damage ho Gaya hai..isliye gear me start nehi ho raha..may be cable change Karne se problem solve ho jayega..I mean yeh to normal bikes me hote hai..superbike ka koi idea nehi hai bhai..
