I was almost ready to move past this nightmare, but revisiting it now has brought me right back into that arena. It’s a reminder of how frustrated MAHALIMA and my fellow A'TIN were that night. The mix of emotions-pain, exhaustion, and anger-was overwhelming. But even in the face of all those setbacks, I have to give it to the boys. They pushed through, delivering their best performance right until the very end, no matter what challenges came their way. For me, this was their most intense and passionate performance to date. Despite all the technical issues, they gave everything they had, and you could see it in their eyes. There was a burning determination, a refusal to give up, and it made the performance even more powerful. I was lucky enough to witness it live, and it’s a memory that will stay with me forever. Despite his attention is also at the back, he also make himself composed while performing , the feeling of worried and at the same time keeping themselves in ordered.... New arrangement, new choreography... They wanted to give Billboard PH Anniversary the best finale. Sadly, it didn't go as planned. Still a great performance though.. Arrangement failed so they compensated with 1000% performance..❤
EXACTLY! They are not there just to sing, they are not just the artists, they are also the CEO and the directors of their own company. The amount of responsibility in every performance they do matter so much. This is the legit technical difficult+IES. There were 33 artists that night many of them experienced minor glitches that were not mentioned, not just Bini and SB19. Josh, G22, Adie and more had in ear or mic problems. Up close you can literally see the intensity of their actions and looks toward the last performance and it travels to the whole Arena. Kudos to W3 hyping the boys no matter what.
They had problem with their in-ears, the track wasn't synchronized with the live band, and also some of their mics weren't working at times. Salute to SB19's passion and determination to give the audience the best performance despite all the mishaps 🙌🏻💯🤧🫡 we all know SB19 is the type of artist who doesn't like doing half-baked performances.. they always make sure to serve something new to the table, may it be a new arrangement, a tweak on the adlibs, the dance steps, or just the overall delivery of the songs.. they were the last to perform out of 35 artists and it was almost 2am during this time which makes it even more frustrating especially for both fans and SB19. Mana is one of my favorite song of SB19. Its a hype song and the arrangememt Pablo made here is really good. Its sad that it happened bjt its just made our boys shine. The live vocals and performanced is really on FIRE. They are really pissed and it added to their performanced. That night they almost break the stage. Did you see our pure boy Justin's face? Hes on fire like hes brothers. 😅 Im so proud of our boys professionalism and passion to bring A'TIN the best. Proud to be A'TIN. SB19 x A'TIN lang ang SAKALAM.😅
some people forget that this was at almost 2AM too. the flwo of the event has dragged on too long, it was almost at 2am when they finished performing and they've been there since morning when they did they soundcheck which btw was smooth
They should investigate why this happened numerous, after their sound checked who is left to monitor the that everything is in order . I hate to spackle because I have watched their concerts abroad on ytube / various social media flatform and no technical problems
Yess you're right Chedda Pablo is really a perfectionist in all aspects especially when it comes to their crafts and it's really frustrating for him having all those tech problems. But they're SB19 who doesn't want to give us mediocre performance.. They want it perfectly done no matter what happened that's why they're not the Kings of Ppop for nothing. And I'm glad they're stepping up and stepping in Ken commanding to stop and Pablo saying Cut that sh*t.
The worst thing that could happen to an artist/s on stage happened to SB19! But thank goodness they didn't give up or we would've missed this fire performance! Like they always do, they strive for perfection even under these circumstances. Love them even more!💙💙💙💙💙

even the other OPM artists watched and cheered on sb19's performance like Moira and Morisset because they know what the group can show so I really admire them because they are not the ones to just perform they want to give their best.
It was technical issue 2x happened but no one can stop SB19 they just continue until it was 2x repeated and last for the 3rd time it was already fix and still it’s Amazing and incredible 👏👏👏💙💙💙

The part of ken it's difficult because, thru technical issues...Ken is the intro to sing the song... That's why, Ken confused when to start or when....But all the members are are helping each other to make their performance will go smoothly....So no matter what happens...The show must go on... 👏👏👏 SB19 are so talented, brilliant and very professional... It’s not just mic issues, if you’re familiar with the song, you can definitely hear it playing on different tempos it also slows down and speeds up, stell even tried to slow down his singing just to try to match the audio.
Also want to point out that it’s not the band’s fault either, because they are also seen visibly confused as to why their sound is not in sync and doubles too sometimes. They decided play the band’s backup recording in the end.
Yup. They added a more rock vibe into Mana and Crimzone for this performance, that's why they had a band on top of the track. And all the backtrack, what they here in their in-ears, and what the band can hear are not sync. The backtrack was delayed from what they are fed in their in-ears, and in fact jumped back and forth; and at some point, just before they stopped the first round, the backtrack slowed down. I can only imagine how confused they were despite having to be hyperaware of how they push through and work together. If only the A'tins can sing for them, but that's the thing, it's not that easy to sing it out for them, of all songs, Mana and Crimzone, in a different style. The hooks to their songs probably is manageable, but the rest of the songs, OMG. It's at a different skill set. But I am really thankful they set the stage on fire, dang!, and ended such a big event the way SB19 does. They ate!

Both Ken and Josh both also had technical difficulties as well during their solo performances earlier into the night before all of them performed all together with their brothers. yes. there's a soundcheck before the show. the soundcheck went so well. the drummer was hearing different music from his in-ears during the show. sb19 members were hearing different music also from their in-ears. you can check the video of the drummer on youtube during soundcheck. the music they heard from their in-ears became faster and then slower.
YES YOU GOT IT! They did have a special arrangement of Mana & Crimzone just for this event. It was the 1st year anniversary of BillboardPH. It's unfortunate we didn't get to experience what they wanted. The drone also had to be stopped w/c you can see during the 1st try. And yes KUDDOS to W3 DANCE CREW, Kuddos to everyone coz they gave 1000% on the 3rd try. So proud of them all. 💙👍🏻❤☺️

Because of this mistakes- SB19 gathered lots of bashing and hate comments despite that they performed the most instensifying showcase of all any other artist. Yes you are right. They should not blame SB19 because they did sound checked . Who is responsible with the sound system after sound checked . SB19 gone concerts abroad and no technical issues so they need to look further why it happens to them in the Philippines when they are on stage . SB19 my one and only Ppop I won’t trade them for anything else regardless.

It was almost 2am,they were the last act to perform, even my cellphone had an empty batt because the show almost lasted 7 hours! Lightsticks were probably running out of light too.We were all eager for SB19 then the technical issues happened and they had to repeat thrice.I was frustrated as an audience,what more for them,who prepared it uniquely for this show.I understand the gigil when they performed it the 3rd time.I really admired SB19's professionalism.I just hope BBPH will do better next time because our artists deserve better production.
Not only Pablo, but everyone of them. Ken was almost peace off there and if u listen even the lights are off you'd hear Stell voice still singing his parts. Re-watch the performance, particularly 15:59-16:02, 16:50- 16:58 to appreciate Ken's diligence amidst technical difficulties. He signals earpiece issues many times too and corrects Josh's near-mistake. They were mad and made them more hype, they end their number with so much energy than before. Unlike other artists facing similar problems, SB19 uniquely demonstrated dedication by re-doing their set three times. This showcases their genuine appreciation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for their fans, transcending monetary considerations.
Thank you for pointing out the changes in arrangement every time they do live. That is why it was so frustrating to them and to their fans. But looking into the positive side, amidst all of that tech difficulties, they delivered.. executed 200% surpassing their limits because they always wanted no less than excellence with their performance.
I went to X immediately to find out what was happening. IT’S SO CRAZY. MY BOYS DESERVE BETTER! 😭 I’m Team Bahay (watching from home), but I can definitely see how the excitement turned to disappointment, grit turned to frustration, and the frustration was just-overflowing! BBPH, redeem yourself! (Okay, deep breath.) Our boys have been through a lot of technical issues during their live performances in the past, so I thought it was just one of those simple and “manageable” tech issues like before, which they have always handled professionally in the end. But girl! First, second, third attempt, and the tech still failed?! To the point that even the boys themselves were frustrated?! Even the staff said “don’t bother” when they were about to redo it again because the tech difficulties were just too much, so who would let this slide that easily?! We’re used to seeing Chona come out and trash talk Josh, but for JahKenTell to get annoyed, Ken to shout “stop stop stop,” Stell to shake his head, and Jah to get angry? We’re not used to that, and I’ve never-like, NEVER-seen them like that before! Just thinking about it makes me cry out of frustration too. 😭 The boys always prepare something different for every performance, for every event, every time. The new arrangements and added spice they prepared for their song, especially the ManaxCrimzone mashup, got ruined just because of that tech issue. Let’s say no one wanted that to happen, but please, please, please BBPH, next time let the P-pop Kings perform first! There's no mic problems. It's the live band not coinciding with the backtrack / music. They already noticed it as you can see Pablo was smiling (sarcastically) and they kept on holding their in-ears but they still tried to catch up but they had enough that's why they (Ken) ordered to stop. They will never stop until they deliver the best performance even they do it over and over again from the very start. This is the worse of all of the technical issues they had. after watching multiple times, there is a problem reg syncing the in ear,back track and the band somehow, the back track is ahead for a few seconds and it is not transcribed properly on the in ear they are using as well as the in ear that the band are using. because the beat of the drums fron the band is in sync. im not musically inclined but watching multiple times, thats what i heard and saw. but as we all know, sb19 is sb19. they are vocal monsters, they will deliver what they want and they killed this performance even there are issues that happened. they dont do mediocre stuffs when it comes to their performance thats why i love them so much
I've only watched their performances on X and TH-cam and from what I've seen it seems that there were no hosts to inform the audience of what the problems were or to keep the audience entertained. Also, by the time SB19 performed it was already almost 2AM (they were scheduled to perform at 11:30pm as the closing act). So it was super late...I don't know why BBPH squeezed 20+ artists on the MainStage in one night. Lack of proper planning, organisation on the part of the production staff, I suppose.

Watching this again now with you is the first time I saw how actively they multitasked and still hit their cues. This was a defining moment where they truly showed their grit and mettle. The more I watch this performance, the more I love and appreciate it. It is in adversity we truly show what we're made of, and that culmination of Mana and Crimzone will now rank up there as 2 of their best performances for me. I can imagine just how they made the ground shake beneath their feet. ✊

It’s not just mic issues, if you’re familiar with the song, you can definitely hear it playing on different tempos it also slows down and speeds up, stell even tried to slow down his singing just to try to match the audio.
Also want to point out that it’s not the band’s fault either, because they are also seen visibly confused as to why their sound is not in sync and doubles too sometimes. They decided play the band’s backup recording in the end.

Yup. They added a more rock vibe into Mana and Crimzone for this performance, that's why they had a band on top of the track. And all the backtrack, what they here in their in-ears, and what the band can hear are not sync. The backtrack was delayed from what they are fed in their in-ears, and in fact jumped back and forth; and at some point, just before they stopped the first round, the backtrack slowed down. I can only imagine how confused they were despite having to be hyperaware of how they push through and work together. If only the A'tins can sing for them, but that's the thing, it's not that easy to sing it out for them, of all songs, Mana and Crimzone, in a different style. The hooks to their songs probably is manageable, but the rest of the songs, OMG. It's at a different skill set. But I am really thankful they set the stage on fire, dang!, and ended such a big event the way SB19 does. They ate!

Both Ken and Josh both also had technical difficulties as well during their solo performances earlier into the night before all of them performed all together with their brothers. It's sad what happened to them but with all the odds stacked up against them, they were on fire giving their all for their A'Tins!!!! ^_^

yes. there's a soundcheck before the show. the soundcheck went so well. the drummer was hearing different music from his in-ears during the show. sb19 members were hearing different music also from their in-ears. you can check the video of the drummer on youtube during soundcheck. the music they heard from their in-ears became faster and then slower.
YES YOU GOT IT! They did have a special arrangement of Mana & Crimzone just for this event. It was the 1st year anniversary of BillboardPH. It's unfortunate we didn't get to experience what they wanted. The drone also had to be stopped w/c you can see during the 1st try. And yes KUDDOS to W3 DANCE CREW, Kuddos to everyone coz they gave 1000% on the 3rd try. So proud of them all. 💙👍🏻❤☺️

Because of this mistakes- SB19 gathered lots of bashing and hate comments despite that they performed the most instensifying showcase of all any other artist. Yes you are right. All your comment really make sense and hopefully other people know how to analyze the situation same as you analyze them. It was almost 2am,they were the last act to perform, even my cellphone had an empty batt because the show almost lasted 7 hours! Lightsticks were probably running out of light too.We were all eager for SB19 then the technical issues happened and they had to repeat thrice.I was frustrated as an audience,what more for them,who prepared it uniquely for this show.I understand the gigil when they performed it the 3rd time.I really admired SB19's professionalism.I just hope BBPH will do better next time because our artists deserve better production.

Re-watch the performance, particularly 15:59-16:02, 16:50- 16:58 to appreciate Ken's diligence amidst technical difficulties. He signals earpiece issues many times too and corrects Josh's near-mistake. They were mad and made them more hype, they end their number with so much energy than before.
Unlike other artists facing similar problems, SB19 uniquely demonstrated dedication by re-doing their set three times. This showcases their genuine appreciation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for their fans, transcending monetary considerations.

Thank you for pointing out the changes in arrangement every time they do live. That is why it was so frustrating to them and to their fans. But looking into the positive side, amidst all of that tech difficulties, they delivered.. executed 200% surpassing their limits because they always wanted no less than excellence with their performance.
I went to X immediately to find out what was happening.
IT’S SO CRAZY. MY BOYS DESERVE BETTER! 😭 I’m Team Bahay (watching from home), but I can definitely see how the excitement turned to disappointment, grit turned to frustration, and the frustration was just-overflowing! BBPH, redeem yourself! (Okay, deep breath.)
Our boys have been through a lot of technical issues during their live performances in the past, so I thought it was just one of those simple and “manageable” tech issues like before, which they have always handled professionally in the end. But girl! First, second, third attempt, and the tech still failed?! To the point that even the boys themselves were frustrated?! Even the staff said “don’t bother” when they were about to redo it again because the tech difficulties were just too much, so who would let this slide that easily?!
We’re used to seeing Chona come out and trash talk Josh, but for JahKenTell to get annoyed, Ken to shout “stop stop stop,” Stell to shake his head, and Jah to get angry? We’re not used to that, and I’ve never-like, NEVER-seen them like that before! Just thinking about it makes me cry out of frustration too. 😭
The boys always prepare something different for every performance, for every event, every time. The new arrangements and added spice they prepared for their song, especially the ManaxCrimzone mashup, got ruined just because of that tech issue. Let’s say no one wanted that to happen, but please, please, please BBPH, next time let the P-pop Kings perform first! Because they don’t deserve this. 😩
But despite all that, my admiration for you, SB19, has only grown.☹️ All the positives might have turned to negatives, but your professionalism, passion, and grit stayed with you. I could feel your intensity!🔥

There's no mic problems. It's the live band not coinciding with the backtrack / music. They already noticed it as you can see Pablo was smiling (sarcastically) and they kept on holding their in-ears but they still tried to catch up but they had enough that's why they (Ken) ordered to stop. They will never stop until they deliver the best performance even they do it over and over again from the very start. This is the worse of all of the technical issues they had. And the fans spent tens of thousands just to witness their favorite artist/s perform only to witness a bunch of issues. 😑

Really they are one of a kind..each member was signaling here and there..problems with their in ears..their mic ..there is this one fan cam where Stell is running towards the sound engineers and signaling to turn up his mic..just a split seconds before his line in the song came ..
So frustrated to see them like that but at the same time so proud of them...really no other like them..Because they want their fans to experience the best performance from them..all because they love us..

after watching multiple times, there is a problem reg syncing the in ear,back track and the band somehow, the back track is ahead for a few seconds and it is not transcribed properly on the in ear they are using as well as the in ear that the band are using. because the beat of the drums fron the band is in sync. im not musically inclined but watching multiple times, thats what i heard and saw.
but as we all know, sb19 is sb19. they are vocal monsters, they will deliver what they want and they killed this performance even there are issues that happened. they dont do mediocre stuffs when it comes to their performance thats why i love them so much

I've only watched their performances on X and TH-cam and from what I've seen it seems that there were no hosts to inform the audience of what the problems were or to keep the audience entertained. Also, by the time SB19 performed it was already almost 2AM (they were scheduled to perform at 11:30pm as the closing act). So it was super late...I don't know why BBPH squeezed 20+ artists on the MainStage in one night. Lack of proper planning, organisation on the part of the production staff, I suppose.
Actually, 30+ artists, imagine that! I agree someone should have announced the technical difficulties. I wonder who directed the show?

Watching this again now with you is the first time I saw how actively they multitasked and still hit their cues. This was a defining moment where they truly showed their grit and mettle. The more I watch this performance, the more I love and appreciate it. It is in adversity we truly show what we're made of, and that culmination of Mana and Crimzone will now rank up there as 2 of their best performances for me. I can imagine just how they made the ground shake beneath their feet. ✊
I think its the sound engr team, yes, coz all got mixed up, in ear also has problem, the band is hearing diff beat, it was all messed up, but sb19 really didnt give up knowing A'TIN waited for them,baought ticket,fall in line for hours, Our boys will never let us down, 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

The video of the soundcheck by the band is uploaded if you are interested, the drummer was awesome, such a shame it did not materialize the way the boys meant it to be. Hopefully they will play this version and with this band in their next concert.

The live band’s audio, recorded music and their mics were off. I heard the band and the boys were hearing different audios so they were really confused what sound to follow but really glad the boys still gave a great performance.
