Pittsburgh is an extremely dark city. This is due in large part to the former mayor who, in an effort to demonstrate his wokness, restricted lighting in the Central Business District to reduce "light pollution." The result is an uninviting if not downright dangerous environment
There is definitely enough excessive light in the city. All the US cities are more or less become more light polluted with the LED. I wish they took away all those LED white streetlight and lamps and brought back high pressure sodium. Their light is much more better.
You call this dark? It's not Broadway, Las Vegas and Miami of course, but sure it's not dark. The tendency now is to reduce as much light as possible especially building illumination, light ads and signage, excessive street lighting and switching to more acceptable 1800-2700 K streetlights. You should see Paris or Berlin. They are really dark, but I like those cities because I am sick and tired of this light pollution and all this useless LED crap light.
So like not only are you flying over people, albeit a few considering it's night, but you're flying at night. How many FAA violations are in this video? Wow. This is definitely way past the 30 minutes you get to legally fly after sunset.
Too much LED excessive light in the city. Not that bad as in many other places, but 5-10 years ago Pittsburgh was much beautiful at night with the absence of LED light.
3:49 I could see TAPP Channel using this soundtrack for a sunset/after dark clip of his future drone videos.
I am sure he has it in his library:)
Can we feature your video on our taxi passenger screens we are launching in Pittsburgh?
In regards to the footage, please contact bielachris@gmail.com
Dark and foreboding. Definitely a Gotham City vibe.
I liked the "Iron city" vibe. It has changed over the years though.

It is dangerous at some areas. That is for sure 👌 but it is not that bad. I liked downtown at night.
What do you notice about this video? It is extremely dark and there is very little traffic. Those two things are related.

I can't compare it though. Unfortunately never got a chance to visit Pittsburgh at night before. I take your word for it.
There are FAA laws for a reason. Fucking follow them.
