Get the multiplayer mod from truckersmp.com/ and the map can be found at promods.net/ Just follow the instructions given on both the websites and you should be fine.

I save a few bucks every month for the DLCs. It took me long to get all the map DLCs. I guess you can try doing the same.

HTC trailers are no longer allowed on this route. You can still use them around Finland if I remember correctly.
