- I rebuilt a Suzuki Samurai throttle body assembly otherwise known as TBI. In this video you will see step by step on "how to" rebuild the throttle body. Suzuki made this throttle body from 1990 to 1995.
The kit used for the rebuild was bought on eBay. I am sure you can find one at your local parts store.
Hoy decidí rectificar un TBI extra que tenia en mi arsenal de repuestos para mi Suzuki Samurai inyectado.
El kit fue traído y es relativamente fácil de instalar. Es solo de seguir los números de las instrucciones.
Cuando todo es removido hay que limpiarlo en un solvente para carburadores. Luego se enjuaga y se instala todo de nuevo.
Al final descubrí que necesito un bulbo nuevo. Se llama Air Charge Temperature Sensor y lo venden en esta pagina: shop.advanceau...

When was the last time you rebuilt your throttle body? You can also take your injector to get cleaned too.
Sound like you might have to replace your Fuel Pressure Regulator and your Air Temperature Sensor.
Kindly please point where it's is located on throttle or you have manual kindly send. I am kenya and have suffered a lot for 2 years with no mechanic able to diagnosis the problem

vigomat hello Vigomat you can order the rebuild kit on eBay here rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F392391716986 I don’t know of any shops that rebuilds Samurai throttle bodies, that is why I rebuilt my own. The kit does not come with an intake manifold gasket, if you want one of those I would try your local parts store, eBay or Amazon. Thanks!

hello and thank you for your video. Do you think that a hot start problem can come from a problem with the injector? Because all the rest is ok during the breakdown, gasoline arrival ok, ignition ok. Thank you
Presumably you're talking about a 90 to 95 Samurai? If so, there are so many sensors to consider like the air charge temperature sensor www.autozone.com/engine-management/air-charge-temperature-sensor/suzuki/samurai

It is a samurai 2001 which makes me believe that it is an injector trouble is that when I put gas in the engine body during the breakdown it starts and then stop. That's why I think of an injector problem.I will try to clean the injector first . for the air charge temperature is there a way to check if it is in question apart change it ?

This video and this throttle body is how to repair a Samurai Fuel Injected throttle body. If you are looking for Sidekick, I am not your expert on that. All I can recommend sir is that you look on eBay for either a rebuild kit or a replacement throttle body. I do not sell parts kind sir.
