East of Eden, though, great book Canary Row... a favorite from high school. Travels with Charlie, I read many times. Shtt, I forgot, I'm old!

I’ve been to the chiropractor. The noises are completely involuntary. I go “Uuuuggghhhh” 😂 and its so embarrassing. 😅 It doesn’t actually hurt. However she was unable to do my neck. I was too scared.

I have to let y’all know that Chiropractors go to school for 8 years. I worked for a chiropractor for 7 years and it was awesome. Your back and neck always feels better after an adjustment. You guys should try it out!

The mama part cracked me up but after you either push a human out your nether regions or have major surgery and are then tasked with caring for a newborn while 7 layers of your body heal back together, you understand how incredibly hard being a mom is and it's suddenly a badge of pride you carry. The respect and empathy you have for other moms is overwhelming and you call each other mama out of respect and encouragement. No man will ever understand.
Us dads don’t get much love after a baby. My wife tells our 13 month old she’s the love of her life….while I’m standing right there….like I’m just some guy that lives there to help with the baby.

You will feel intelligent after awhile. I had five babies in the span of 8 years and my brain was mega fried. I would be so astonished when I actually had a really intelligent thought 😅 My youngest is now three and my brain is almost back to normal. I say almost because I do have five children from the ages 10 to three and that tends to scramble your brains after a whole day😂

I’ve had that mama thing. I was pushing my 6 month old nephew (so I’m not the mama) in the stroller and struggling to throw my purse over my shoulder. And a lady passed me as I was doing that and she said “you’ve got this mama”. I understand why she thought that cause I was really struggling with pushing my nephew and managing my purse. But it was just funny cause I’m not actually the mama.

lol I have mixed feelings on the "mom cut" .. I love my long hair but when my kids were little I def needed an easier hairstyle. So I asked my hubby's opinion and he said no lol, I responded that Jennifer Lawrence (at the time) had short hair, and he said I wasn't Jennifer Lawrence.... needless to say, he went out for a night with the boys and I took action and cut the hair as a nice surprise lol ... backfired on me though cuze I didn't like the haircut but it was easier to take care of 3 kids with the shorter hair lol
