As someone who produces almost solely on hardware synths and drum machines, the surgical knob twisting and triggering she's doing is WAY harder than a lot of people think. I love a good vinyl set, but she is absolute talent.... try it out for yourself ;) She's on my bucket list of DJs I want to see live.
If you've mastered vinyl and traditional mixing methods, I think it's only natural to want to expand out and try new methods of mixing music. People have pushed the limitations of traditional mixing in creative ways, but the possibilities of digital open many new doors and require a different set of talent and skill to utilize fully. If you're just using a digital system to mix two tracks together because you can't and don't want to learn to beatmatch, then that's different. But I think as a community we need to give ourselves the freedom to evolve.
there's a lot of old models had 4 outs, not quite sure what to pick up. doesn't really need to be serato or traktor. I guess other brands of audio interfaces also works.

Some hybrid DJs prefers the sound of the pedals over the onboard FX of traktor, it can give them a different sound to other DJs. Other benefits are its also less of a strain on the laptop/software using external hardware so less likely to cause a crash.
I believe you must change the mapping for the On/Off button for the FX, so that it is set to something like "Push" or so... Default, as far as I remember, is "Toggle", which stays On until you press the button again to turn it Off. Try that
not that she is bad or anything (she is actually really good and knows what she does!) but that setup is by far not so expensive as from some others. Check Ansome for example. Up to 10k on stage ^^ cheers

Real DJ's build their own record players from mineral deposits they've collected by hand and manually beat match by banging sticks and rocks. Everybody else is just a wannabe poser.
Beatmatching 2 records nonstop for 60 minutes has been done for decades now. Traktor/Ableton etc allow you to DJ multiple tracks and remix them on the fly with loops & FX. Neither is 'better' but just 1 is more forward thinking and one is classic

Traktor is the Master clock,it sets the tempo and all the other stuff will follow ;)

Traktor sends Clock data via the USB-Midi to the TR-8
I found the TR-8 clock sync to be inconsistent. Never trusted it
I tried this last week, the TR-8 went off-beat after 8 beats already. Don't know how it stays synced properly in Rebekah's setup.
Seppe Vanspauwen she has the midi sync button mapped to the kontrol f1 and has to press it throughout her set to keep it in sync

Something from RME. Quite old I quess, because it's firewire interface.
Likely the RME Fireface UCX. It's an expensive little number. Hawtin uses the 60 channel version of this.

Future Aztec check out djtechtools.com and look in the mapping section you will find plenty of fx maps for the f1 and almost all other controllers.
