Honestly love seeing the blank pages because that's real life! Also love the idea of putting down stickers in the weeks pages then journaling around that.

Thank you Julie! Blank pages really are a fact of life sometimes haha

I totally get what you mean by getting more sleep makes you feel less motivated. I tend to wake at 2;30am and I get my journaling and stuff done before going to work. But, i got good sleep night before last and I was soooooo blah all day.

Glad I am not alone! 😅 I also think the shorter days (less sunlight) affect me as well.

Danielle, I absolutely LOVE this garden planner. I'm getting ready t plant my seeds for 2024 since I live in zone 8-9 ish. Wait what?!?!? How did I not know you were in Texas?!?!? Dutch Bros was the downfall of my diet much less my caffeine intake. I just think you should stop drinking coffee within 3-4 hours before you go to bed. I am happy that caffeine doesn't affect me like a normal person. Something about ADHD brains. I kicked Netflix to the curb because of the price:quality ratio. I like my Disney+ and Crunchyroll for now if I'm going to watch anything. Loved this flip through and it gave me a ton of ideas!!!

Thank you! Heheh I'm getting ready to start seeds too! I usually wait until after Christmas though since I travel a little this month and don't have a plant babysitter haha. Care to share what you are growing?? 😊
Dutch bros is an addiction!!! They put a location like 3 minutes from my house. It is like they KNOW I could walk there to get a coffee. Not fair. I usually stop drinking caffeine at noon since I think I am becoming more sensitive to it 😅 Regardless, I love tea so I don't mind giving up coffee and just having it every now and then. I just have to break the cycle.
I have debated on getting Crunchyroll for a HOT minute. I used to watch Anime all the time when I was in college. Maid Sama, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, and Toradora were some of my favorites. I'm glad you got some ideas!

Maybe for your exercise goal you should try to join a challenge, even an old one, just for that daily "appointment" 🙂

After watching another of your videos, I started doing a mental health tracker where I put activities that recharge me (reading, video games, talking with friends and family etc). I also put a few things that negatively impact me (being sick, drinking alcohol/caffeine, being on my period) so I can have some data on not only what helps my mental health but also why I may be having an off day

That is amazing!! I love the idea of having the "good and the bad" it would be a wonderful reference for learning more about yourself 😊

@@mydandeliondiaries right! And that way if my priorities didn't get done or I dropped a lot of habits that week, I might know why 😅

Love the video. One thing to consider with insomnia is a nightshade sensitivity. I have one and if I stack too many nightshades I get horrible insomnia and anxiety. Includes meds that have red dye.

Oxalates also do the same, but yes, nightshades are very deleterious to most peoples health.

For health - I LOVE it when I have clients start in December. They are infinitely more successful than people who wait til January. Because if you start WHILE you're busy, you'll be able to maintain when things calm down. And I always say - ready is a CHOICE, not a point in time. 😉

I'm all for leaving blank pages and not caring about them, takes lots of pressure off!

I love that idea for the cousin's weekly pages! Oh wow, what a great idea!
For exercise, can you find a workout buddy? I've been able to walk almost everyday this year, only because I've joined a group and we walk everyday. Meanwhile, I've been so inconsistent with aerobics and boxing (translation-haven't gone at all in weeks!). Lol.

I love uour garden planner how did you determine the temperature ranges

    • @mydandeliondiaries
      @mydandeliondiaries  ปีที่แล้ว

Thank you! I'm in Texas and the temperature ranges from 15F to 115F throughout the year, so I have a wide range of temperatures to look for. I decided since there were 12 spaces/12 months to use 12 colors. I did a little bit of math honestly to break it into sections 😅 But I did reduce the range from 30 - 100 essentially.
      So the math I did was 100-30=70. (Since I wanted to use 12 colors) I then I divided 70/12 = 5.8333.... So for each color I did about 5 or 6 degrees (for example 30 - 36F, or 89 - 95F, etc.) I hope that helps!

Lol, I can totally relate to blank weekend spreads! I opted to go with a Wonderland222 planner for next year just so I can deliberately NOT set up weekends in the daily section....😂

Are you using a B6or A5 for your garden planner next year?

    • @mydandeliondiaries

I'm actually going to use a Standard TN size! Or the N1 size from Sterling Ink technically. 😊
