Their harmonies are like pure genius and perfection. Their vocals play with the melody and create a visual display of an emotional roller coaster ride. As the lanterns rise so do their voices. Both are equally important to the song, the performance and each other. Love your reactions and passion for awesome talent and music. ❤️❤️💯%🇦🇺The special effects are Dynamic and Theatrical.
Martin, its Chinese Mid Autumn Day. In Chinese Lunar Calendar, this will be Aug 15, and in the western solar calendar, it will be someday in September or October. On this day, the moon will be full and the biggest in the year (yeah, the full moon near the nearest point between moon and earth). Chinese will eat moon cakes and watch the moon. In Chinese culture, full moon represents the unity of the family. So when you have some family members who are far away from home, they will watch the moon simultaneously. The whole family shares the same full moon, and best wishes will be shared among them as well. In old days when modern communication tools (such as telephone, internet) were not invented, watching the same moon at mid autumn day is a spiritual communication among family members in China. I hope this can help you have a further understanding why they have a fake moon there. Haha.
You are way too cute....... 'Does Chinese have a better moon'. You make me laugh when you say that with that cute facial expressions. Thank you for reacting to this performance.
It's lunar new year autumn festival, it's outside, I believe and one of the most important festivals of the year. The song is actually titled Upwards Towards the moon, or left hand towards the moon. During this festival you also eat moon cakes made of red bean paste. Yes they have a better moon, and it's not in camera it's laser holographs for the lunar moths and other theatrical elements.
Sa Dingding has such a voice, even her low tones are amazing. Both she and Zhou Shen have great vocals....it's amazing that it's outdoor and I suppose the sound engineer had a tough time placing the speakers & configuring the delay haha... The music is good too.
Martin, glad to see you repond to my request. This is a show on 4th Channel of Chinese Central Television, which is the channel aiming at international audiances. That's why they provide English subtitles.
Hi Martin, thanks for reacting to ‘Upward toward the moon’. I’m glad you love this song. The platform they’re using is a form of a halfway lagoon. That’s way there’s water reflection. The huge moth is the camera drone.
yes, cctv4 is called international channel so it has subtitles~ Sa DIngding is a really powerful singer, we usually call her “the member of the national team”😂 here´s her original performance in 2018 th-cam.com/video/FXeLqYsiZlE/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=AquilaYukiJRz, you can clearly hear her powerful vocal
Yes, it's the Mid-Autumn Festival, the day when the moon is supposed to be fullest and brightest of the whole year. Chinese people eat mooncakes on this day.
I sent you this song’s link via Bilibili as well, lol. This whole performance is just amazing, the set is so beautiful, and their voices are pure gold.
I can see u really admired ZhouShen’s singings and his vocal. Here’s a celebration of the mid autumn festival, a show had different singers sang for 30 mins. Here’s ZhouShen’s performance, u r going to love it! th-cam.com/video/ElKOZFVvVKM/w-d-xo.html
Yes, if you like the coroperation of ZHOU SHEN and SA DINGDING, this link provide a even better one (although background are not so huge). These songs are wrote by Sa Dingding, there's Tibet style in it.
"Do Chinese have better moon?" 😂 There is a famous poem more than 900 years ago, "千里共婵娟", which means although a thousand miles apart, we share the same moon at this moment. The one in this video is fake tho.
They are both breathtaking. She is very beautiful and their harmonization is like they are meant to sing together. I love this performance so much.

isn't mid autumn festival mid autumn?
Men, the place is Luo Yang, was the Capital city in Tang Dynasty! The stage was to show the Early Tang’s Glory and promote tourism locally!
The show was in open air, in Luo Yang, an ancient city in middle part of China.
CCTV4 is an International Channel that's why it has Eng. sub-title.
The word is SPEECHLESS!
PHENOMENAL PERFORMANCE ..BRAVO ZHOU SHEN AND DING.DING
SPLENDID REACTION FROM YOU!
Mid-Autumn is the day that the moon bacomes the most round in one year,
Mid-Autumn festival always held in the date of full moon.

This perform is on outside in LuoYang, a beautiful city in China and has long history.
Theme song from Ashes of Love drama series. Makes me want to watch it again.
Upwards To The Moon's highest note is B5, just half a key lower than Opera2's C6. Definitely one of ZhouShen's highest performance.
Please listen to his song: Monsters th-cam.com/video/XGBUwxHE1pk/w-d-xo.html . In this song, the highest note is #H6
@@qucaihong is C#6 not H#6😅
@@berlinkua Sorry, I don't really know how to express the music note :P
Fantasztikus duett, profi mid két előadó, gratulálok. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The moon is a projection. It is an outdoor stage. So pretty tho.

Cctv4 is the Chinese International TV channel so you should see English program or subtitle
The stage effect coz by the 5G technology , the butterfly is the same like we watch on TV now for those audiences on live

Yes. It is mid autumn festival celebration in China
Firework: I tried to interrupt their song, but failed
Just AR tech integrated with the real stage and fireworks
1st OCTOBER is the National Day and on that day it was also the mid-autumn festival. It occurs every 19 years!

Good Song good series😍
His English, French, Italian, Russian, songs are very good

If i remember, zhou shen mentioned that his voice can up to A6 (at super vocal) and in this song is about B5 i guess.
Shen Shen 👍👍👍!
There is an English subtitle because it is a video clip on CCTV4, which is CCTV international channel.
in china it's basically back to normal people can go out as usual
It's great performance, but I prefer full song with Sa Dingding vocal, she is amazing.
It’s a double celebration of Mid autumn festival and National day October 1st,2020.
Chinese love to flash. They try to beat out a lot of counties. They have a lot of nice concert design
Oh yes. It's the Chinese moon festival. This song is very apt.
Will you watch SaDingDing - 如若归来!!!! Thank u~!!!! Right now there's only studio version cuz no live

Actually, the butterfly is a drone
more like holographic projection
It’s a concert my friend
Diligent!
Hopefully we can all see both their performance live in other countries
被吓到正常 这是华语乐坛流行歌表演里的天花板了
👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍
I wish you couldn't pause in-between the video while reacting 😏
video would then get blocked
"Do Chinese have better moon?" 😂 There is a famous poem more than 900 years ago, "千里共婵娟", which means although a thousand miles apart, we share the same moon at this moment.
The one in this video is fake tho.
I recommend the fancam version, much better than the official video.
Their voices were edited too narrow and too shallow in the official video.
the fancam version: www.bilibili.com/video/BV1aA41177Ev
High B
It’s outside
Because CCTV4 is a Chinese International Channel.
👍💕
💕💕💕
it is a open air stage...
go to china to hav a look...
Sorry if I'm asking for too much, but, could you link that video you watched, sir?

Can you react huan xiao yun singing this song too?
Can you let the song completed before you pause, it’s really irritating.
