Pangat na Langka w/Sitaw | LUTONG-BAHAY RECIPE | FILIPINO DISH

Ingredients:
1 plastic of Langka/Jackfruit
2 tali of Sitaw/String beans
4 siling green
0.118g of small dilis
1 whole onion-chopped
6 cloves of garlic-chopped
Half ginger
4pcs big cuts of Pork
1can of coconut milk with 2 plastics of first piga ng coconut milk
Salt & Pepper
1 sachet Magic Sarap
1. In a pot, put all the ingredients except the green sili and 2 plastic of coconut milk.
2. After 15mins, ilagay na ang 2 plastic ng coconut milk and magic sarap.
3. Cook for 30mins.
