I finished the wreath today. I learned that my scissors need to be much sharper and you don't have to be perfect. It actually goes quickly while watching tv and is so satisfying to see how pretty it is after fluffing. I love it!

Could you possibly give me an idea on how long it takes you to make a wreath on a 14" wreath form using 5.5" deco mesh from Hobby Lobby using the Nadia Method? I love making wreaths using this method but it seems to take me a long time from start to finish. Thank you!

I love all 5 of these wreaths so much!! I'm making the last heart wreath, the Nadia's method one. I'm having so much trouble getting the pink bows tied around the outside! They keep catching and they all only want to face backward because of the white bows. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips? This is the first time I've worked with deco mesh. My mom uses it sometimes. Maybe I'm just getting too hung up on trying to make it perfect? The white deco mesh was a lot easier to work with than the pink for some reason, even though they're the same brand from Michaels. The pink is a lot stiffer and the metallic part slips and bubbles more easily, which makes me crazy and I have to fix it. Every wreath you make is so gorgeous. I'm so glad I found your channel! You are an excellent teacher!
Hello Ashley and a warm welcome to my channel. Thank you so much for your sweet comment and no, you are not doing anything wrong, just push the deco mesh forward on the wreath when you hang it up and it will sit nicely in place. If you would like to do something so they do not move at all then I would get a white cardboard at DT and cut out a shape around the similar wreath form but about 1" larger all around and hotglue it to the back of the wreath, that will hold the deco mesh in place 😉👌

What gauge floral wire do you use?
I usually use 18-22 gauge floral wire 😉👌
Can the 3 loops be regular ribbon , or should it be wired ?

You can manipulate it better to display it when its wired and it will not sag so I would recommend using wired 😉👌
