Look into some BBS wheels, or WCI wheels. You could fit around an 18x8, 18x9.

The rim size limit you can put on a Jetta mk6 are 20x8 in front and in back the limit is 20x10... that’s my set up, anything lower will fit. The perfect fit would be 19’s because you can fit a thicker tire which is better, and have lower if you have bags or just drop it.
