I have been on a quest of trying to figure things out as I go but since I have watched your videos I have gotten to learn so much. Thank you so much.... Trully you have wisdom beyond the normal. What really stopped sleep paralysis for me is learning to pray in my mind during the day so when I sleep and if sleep paralysis ever happens I just calmly pray in tongues in the mind and it immediately stops or stops VERY fast. Even just repeating Lords Prayer over and over in my mind.
Sometimes I find myself crying while praying in tongues and I have always wondered why. Though sometimes I cry while praying in tongues when I am burdened by my problems. Sometimes I cry when praying for someone. And most times I would not have a personal burden but cry a lot. The only English word I hear myself say is Thank you Jesus, Jesus Christ, my King but I do not see the relation with my crying. And I have noticed that when am crying, I speak new tongues and it's beautiful at the same time even when am crying. Does that make me a sad person spiritually? How can I also experience holy laughter?
On the first question, my understanding of scripture is: The Holy Spirit is God (1Jn 5). Angels are created beings (Psalm 148:1-6) who answer to God and carry out His instructions (e.g. Psalm 91:11-12). Ministering spirits are sent to help the saints (Heb 1). Is this accurate?
Archangel St. Michael has executed through me spiritual warfare. It’s amazing how I was using his sword and shield to fight against spirits. It was him through me because of the Holly Spirit allowing all this.

Why is it that my head becomes heavy, it feels like something huge is rested on my head, when praying in tongues for long.
