Hi. Loved the review. Please, can you tell me if you had to pay extra to use the shower? Was it crowded? Is it worthy to make a reservation previously? Thank you very much.
Thank you for watching and glad you enjoyed it. The shower is included when using the lounge. As we were there early in the morning it wasn't very crowded but it was busier before our flight at 9: 00. I imagine it gets more crowded at the later hours of the morning and during the early afternoon before flights take off. As far as reservation, I assume you mean making a reservation for the lounge? As it was included with our United Polaris ticket we never made a reservation to enter, simply scanned our ticket at the automated gates to enter. After the long walk from the check-in desk and through security and immigration it certainly was wonderful to rest and refresh ourselves in the lounge before our long flight to SFO.
It's free for those who are traveling Business or First Class for any of the Star Alliance members, like United Airlines. It does not appear you can pay for lounge access yet for this Star Alliance lounge but you can with others, like at LAX.
