Огромное спасибо за это видео! Я не подозревала, что за скромным названием скрывается столько позитива! Это целая поэма деревенской жизни! Меня даже начинают мучить детские вопросы : а что это за растение кукуруза, откуда оно появилось? И сколько пользы от него человечеству! В детстве я не задумывалась об этом. Просто помогала бабушке лущить созревшие початки. И ещё мы ели мамалыгу, такую сытную кашу из кукурузной муки. На тарелку бабушка клала брынзу. Это такой мягкий сыр, который продают на раннем утреннем украинском базаре. Как это было вкусно! Дорогая Азиза показала необычный рецепт консервирования. Очень вкусно и красиво! А плов просто беспособен! Гоша прекрасный актёр, заставляет играть всех!

I remember my mother doing this years ago now - except she removed the corn from the cob - and bottling them in brine, small bottles for the corn. She also did runner and French/dwarf beans every year (carrots and potatoes were stored in tea chests full of soil underneath the house. Brings back childhood memories.
