Thanks for explaining the contents of the Definition - light bulb moment here. That helps so much. I've watched countless videos and picked up a lot, but this pulls it all together for me.
Your voice and delivery are really great! I always enjoy your videos and the fact that you show many options. Wish my COBOL teacher back in '79 was even half as engaging as you are! Kudos to you for this - and all - of your instructional videos!
Finished the video, and looking forward to the next one! I do not have so much to say, but things are ramping up and getting harder for sure, and now the progress is getting slower, as I need more time to understand and digest the content and go over it many time, and I have watched this video 3 times to understand things, and take notes and such. I love that everything is recording and we can go back to it whenever we want, instead of giving the thing into the class, and it will be gone, and I'm talking about the students in the class version of this course, instead of the online students like me, because I feel for them! However, this is one of the few times, where I feel okay being an online student as I have the same things as the students in person does, however, I do not get to see your awesome face! But who knows, that might take place someday! Cheers! On to the next one!
It's actually more correct to say SwiftUI uses the minimum amount for Text Views. You'll later see that if you use certain views, like Shapes, these will expand to take up the available space unless a method, such as a Frame, is used to specify the shape's size.
Mastodon is pretty good. You only see who you’ve chosen to follow unless you choose to browse the local server’s feed. There is an iOS focused server on Mastodon and I’m finding lots of great folks there. Good luck.
@@profgallaugher yeah maybe ill try mastodon fully then. I just want to connect with other devs so i can stay focused and on track and maybe make some job connections

These videos are awesome! Especially all the "pro tips" like the code folder and using two frames
So glad you like ‘em, Biff. Code on & tell your buds. There’s lots more in the playlist and much more to come. Cheers!
