Looks great glad mike myke was happy. Don't bridge your gaps (the bodyline) bud. I know its a temp wrap but feed material into the creases with zero stretch, bound to fail if you don't.
Joe Butta yeah I feed the shit out of it with no stretch but it still won’t stick so I had to primer it at some points. I shoulda just primer all of the body line but I didn’t realize that till after I lay it down. Next time I do it on something like this I will just automatically primer 94
@@ParadoxTheWrapper the surface energy was probably too low, given all that primer paint and bondo, had a lot to do with it. Don't go too crazy with the 94 cuz you'll hate yourself when it comes time to for removal.
It's kinda like the principle and why you tape off plastic and glass their microscopic smoothness creates tons of surface energy for the adhesive to bite on. This is why vinyl sticks to glass and plastics like glue.
Man that sucks you can see some of the fucked up spots but you only had a week so it’s understandable it’s definitely a lot of work the body work should’ve been done already by the previous body guy looks good though
James Champaco doing jams requires taking the door off and putting it back on. That take more time and costs more. Ppl don’t wanna pay extra for that. It defeats the purpose of wrap if you get into the cost range of paint
