The role of the manager is to coach the playing group. Once the players are out on the pitch it's ultimately up to them. The players own characters is what costs Spurs games. They lose the plot and start doing dumb stuff like short passing in defence. And they are too loose, they forget about marking and tackling. They are more like witches hats than footballers.
I think Ange, just with his words, makes impatient and whinging supporters look like tantrum throwing toddlers. Grow kids! Ange has just shown how much he owns you.
Look at our record in Premiere League since January 2024 and shut it. We owe nothing to him, he owes everything to us. Another spineless loss. Worst game I remember us playing at Palace, and I'm 50 years old.

Win lose or draw...EPL is a beast of a league that's almost like playing under a massive magnifying 🔍 glass. Players will never be at fault hence why Ange is not backed by fans or for what he his trying to drill into this Spurs setup week in week out ...AngeBall 2.0 = high risk low reward...I think the inconsistency and lack of depth in the squad may come to surface at years end. Hope to see Spurs and big Ange cope with what is a rollercoaster of emotions. Don’t listen to Ange then if he irritates you. The rest of us appreciate him massively. He’s the most honest and articulate manager in the Premier League. And, results wise, he improved results last year and has improved our play this year. The saddest thing is the Spurs fans who clamour for instant success without going through the hard grind of building genuinely sustainable success which takes 3-4 years at least as can be seen from the trajectories of other top managers - eg Guardiola, Klopp and Arteta.
