Literally triggered They canceled the gifted and they gave it away to Disney come on Fox and we are killing off main characters in our movies and shows now what is happening Do marvel and the X-Men I saw a dark Phoenix and I’m like what the heck

Well first of all, it has to do with the fact money is not made on Fox due to low viewership. Cable TV needs high ratings to justify having a show, because their audience attracts the commercial or marketing departments for certain companies to promote their product while people are watching the show.
Gifted had low ratings. But had a dedicated fan base, which is why it did well on most streaming platforms. Unfortunately though it wasn't making enough money to justify the show as it was the least watched show for Fox.
Marvel and X-Men are together now so new movies new X-Men characters
