I seldom splashed out money, only if it was necessary for the family. When we were younger, our family were every year at the Baltic sea. We swam, we hiked we played games but never splashed out to much money. There are always difficulty situations in the life, but you are responsible for the family. I think the children have nothing missed.
I usually prefer to spend money. Every month, i get a good salary from my tuition but two-third of the money i spent for my foods, cloths, pocket money. And one third from my salary i try to save.
I prefer to save monay. But the problem is, I saved monay 49 Work-years and now the inflation eat it. Nevertheless i don't regret it really. So i learned to live with less monay.
