Hi sir namaste i have a deep ulcer in left side tongue 1 month ago. I googled and scare and depressed regarding mouth cancer. Finally decided to see the dentist. He says its not a cancer... Dont be scared
Now the tongue ulcer healed completely but i have a confusion a stain (hole) is left on ulcer location

Sir my wife has some issues on her left cheek inside. The skin colour is changed in some parts its turning to light black or u can say grey colour. It doesn't have any pain or any rashes. But worry about the colour. Since 15 years she is using only left side of teeths to chew food because she dont have one teeth right side. We consulted 3 dentists . 1st dentist said its early symptom of oral cancer without any test, 2nd said its just cheek bite no need to worry and advised to remove wisdom teeth immediately. 3rd dentist is not ready to say anything until one month monitor after wisdom teeth removal and he advised to have biopsy and get confirmed after a month. Please let me is its symptom of oral cancer.

If it's showing black/grey patches, most probably it's cancer, do not go for biopsy after biopsy cancer starts to spread, use any other method to confirm if it's cancer or not, but not Biopsy.

If a person is a heart patient with heart working at 30% and also diabetic recently diagnosed with mouth cancer... How fast can cancer spread from mouth to lymph in this case and could it just a month?

There's no hard and fast rule depending upon the heart efficiency, carcinomas spread through lymph which aren't particularly regulated by heart function , and it totally depends on the nature of the aggression of the cancer

2 month pehle hi unki death ho gyi, chemo krwaane ke baad itne kamjor ho gye ki Bach hi nhi paaye, ye chemotherapy saare good cells ko bhi maar deti hai jo cancer se ladte hain.
Maine dekha hai jin logo ne cancer ka ilaaj nhi krwaaya wo bilkul thik hain, or jin logo ne cancer ka treatment liya wo 5 saal se zyada jinda nhi bach paaye.
