How to make PADRINO BURGER!

Burgers!!
We all love them, a fantastic dish perfect to cook for an evening with friends.
For one of the most iconic dishes of American cuisine, today I will show you how, in my opinion, a Sicilian would do it.
Ingredients:
-Burger Bun
-180g Ground beef
-Dry Tomatoes
-20g Parmesan Cheese
-Eggplant
-Smoked Scamorza
-80g Pistachios (unsalted)
-Lemon
-Fresh basil
