About the blacksmith one, me and my friend found 7 blacksmiths in 1 village once. They even has diamond tools, and we found it 1min after spawning in. Sadly we didn't record it.
The craziest thing that happened to me is that I live in a woodland mansion and I put a nether portal out in the forest and it went right in the middle of a fortress.

If anyone was wondering, the Shelmet dropped 3x in a row is only a 6%, as shelmet is a 25% drop. It was rarer for the other guy.
