I have this purchased in December... Its really very good. Metal body, very good display... And speakers are awesome real Dolby Atmos.. its too good. With minimal basic use it goes more than a one week without charging..

If it’s between 40-40k then it’s still oneplus pad, cos i love the aspect ratio, you can also consider some of Samsung tab. But I’m been waiting for vivo pad 2/iqoo pad, it would be probably around 30-40k. I personally don’t think people should spend more 40k on a tablet as it’s waste of money, , it’s still a tablet the end of the day. No matter if it’s an android or ipad. rather buy a computer I personally don’t like ipad cos of its OS. IpadOs is just bad. It’s well optimized but nah.. i had an iPad Air 4. even worse than android one. iPads/iPhones only support [.mp4] and apple’s own video codex. And it doesn’t support anything. So majority of streaming websites that provide higher quality video like [.mkv] don’t work also it doesn’t have a proper file management system (no computer) there’s just a app called fies. Oh and apple doesn’t allow 3rd party apps to download files in the background. Ahh you would know once you use it. And most importantly no side loading of apps.
