Bro the formula you have used to update the weights is probably wrong! The correct formula is alpha*(target-observed)*x
One doubt, if value of w1 and w2 is 0 then how may it possible that the value of yin is other than 0.

sir please can you explain, how yin(2) yin(3) and yin(4) will come...??? I have doubt yin(2)=b+x1*w1+x2*w2=1+(-1)*2+1*0=2 but when you solved this the 2nd position of yin is 1 but when i solved it comes 2, sir please clear this point... I am stuck of it.

Yes
As w1 and w2 is 0 so how the values of Yin is other than 0
Only the first yin is calculated using w1=w2=0.
After that, take the w1 new and w2 new values to solve yin.

Just a quick ques - Why do we have the column of b (3rd column) with all 1? - as currently we are using the value of b from the last column calculated for each row.
In this we are checking ->our output is equal to the expected output or not..!!
And b is bias as you are saying ->We are using b from last...
Dear if our requirement will not meat to the expected outpur then we should have to update the bias and weight!!
This is the concept.
And i would suggest u to (plz)check one more time my hebb rule video!!😊 Then you will clear why i taken b column..
And one more thing first b column shows b has unit value..!!
