No oven, no mixer, no steaming, no eggs. Milo Batik Cake with melted chocolate topping

- Hi, this time I made a dessert originated from Malaysia, named Milo batik cake. It's easy to make, without oven, without mixer, and not using eggs.
I used cooking utensils from Stein cookware (shp.ee/2ahquc4) ranging from non-stick wok, super beautiful knives, and heat-resistant whisk and spatula.
Cake Batik Milo Recipe

18x18x7 baking pan, cover the base with clean plastic.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack (230 gr) of marie biscuit (break into 3-4 pieces)
- 200 gr unsalted butter (can be replaced with margarine)
- 2 sachets (80gr) sweetened condensed milk
- 120 gr Milo (can use the 3 in 1 or full chocolate)
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- pinch of salt (skip if using margarine)
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
Ganache:
- 175 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 175 ml of liquid whipped cream
- 15 gr unsalted butter
(Liquid whipped cream can be replaced with UHT milk, with ratio of DCC : UHT milk = 2: 1. For example, 200 gr DCC, 100 ml UHT milk).

✅ Heat resistance up to 300° C (on average silicon only withstands up to 200° C)
