It ain't the RV bud, Musk hasn't come up with a "self driving" one ...yet, (thank f-ck), it's the state of them and the people driving them, besides, if a determined Cop in a 480HP HWP Vehicle wanted to, he could have found that RV, think about it, from the time of the report to arriving on scene....it ain't half an hour, so even at 100kph the RV wouldn't be anymore than 25km down the highway...at the absolute most.

And I'm not a desperate fugitive trying anything and everything to get away from a crime scene. Their RV likely broke down because they were pushing it to it's absolute limits. And the cops didn't start fanning out until after they secured the scene they were at, interviewing people and such, not to mention the time it took them to get to that scene. They likely had a 30-60 minute head start before the authorities even began fanning out.
