  • For merchants experiencing any issues or requiring support with using the Foloosi Business App, our support team is always available to help. You can reach out to our team by raising a support ticket through the business app on your Android or iOS device. Our team in Foloosi is dedicated to providing proper assistance and solutions to resolve any technical and business-related queries or issues faced by the merchants to ensure the smooth functioning of business transactions through the Foloosi payment gateway.
    To request support on any query or issue from the Foloosi Business App, please follow the below steps:
    Step 1:
    Open the Foloosi Business App and log in to your merchant account. Once, you are on the home screen, go to More option at the bottom of the screen. From the options listed in the More screen, please click on the Support option.
    Step 2:
    On the Support page, please click on Add Ticket option which will open the Edit Ticket screen. Kindly fill in all details related to the ticket as per the below steps.
    Step 3:
    Please select the appropriate Support Type by analysing whether the query or issue is Technical Related or Business Related.
    Step 4:
    As per the significance and importance of the query or issue, please select the appropriate Ticket Status - ‘Critical | High | Medium | Low’.
    Step 5:
    Please provide us with the details of the query or issue elaborately in the Ticket Description field to help us understand the issue better and provide proper assistance accordingly to fix the issue.
    Step 6:
    Lastly, we have the option to upload a screenshot or image of the issue faced. This will help our support team understand the issue or error reflected in the app.
    Step 7:
    Once all the details related to the query or issue are updated, click on Submit and our support team will contact the merchant on call or chat to help fix the issue.
    Step 8:
    The status or details of all the created tickets can be viewed on the Support page for future reference.
