I now own 3 Gobel Power GP-SR1-PC200-DIY batteries and have found threir customer service outstanding. I would like to see more information in these videos like how the RS485 communication works with the PbmsTools software on a Personal Computer with voice commentary. Also, explainations of why parameters should be set a certain way to best protect the cells. Your manuals are good but can be helped with these videos. Keep up the great work. Tim J.
