Das wäre die Jurca FW 190 aus paderborn gewesen. Ein 1:1 Nachbau ganz aus Holz aber ebenfalls mit 14 Zylinder Doppelsternmotor, wenn auch etwas schwächer als ein BMW oder Ash.
@@Warbirds I own 2 t-28 planes, both are remote control, it is a very popular model among rc flyers - the black markings on the sides are very unique and makes identification very easy when they are in the air - but I did not know until now - that its function was to hide stains - that was my guess after I saw the plane in the video start up and noticed the path of the dirty smoke.
Paul, there were 299 T-28C a/c manufactured with tailhooks & the prop had shorter blades with squared-off tips. (Source: National Naval Aviation Museum)
The Navy used the T-28B and the T-28C. The C had a tailhook and a notch in the rear fuselage to accommodate it, also a slightly shorter prop with square blade tips. I don't know what would necessarily makes this an Air Force plane, which looks just like a T-28B? The Air Force did initially use the T-28A also, with a smaller engine and 2 bladed prop.
Best sounding plane ever. A few here in South Africa as well.
Yes Sounds Awesome thanks
Reminds me of time in the Navy at NAS Milton Florida
Long Time ago ?
Me too. South Whiting Field VT-3 student here.

PaddyPatrone
Okay, die kenne ich
Meier Motors restauriert doch gerade eine? Vielleicht sieht man die dann irgendwann mal fliegen
Warning!!! You may keep adjusting the volume... higher, higher, higher...
Thanks watching
Looks like very little clearance between the prop and the ground?
Beautiful
Thanks James
Top Video, super Sound ... was so alles geht mit 1400 PS ;)
Danke für Deinen Kommentar und das Anschauen ! Rainer
How is the canopy closed from the front? A hand crank?
Lever activated hydraulic
Yes, and can be pneumatically blown open in an emergency. Carrier landings were normally performed with the canopy open.
are the odd black strips down the side there to hide the dirty exhaust stains ?
Makes cleaning less regular

Ironic, an Air Force T-28 in US Navy livery without a tailhook & sporting an Air Force serial number.
I don't believe any T-28's were outfitted with a tail hook.

It is displaying an AF style serial number under the tail 49-1742.
My guess, noting the streamlined prop spinner, it's a T-28 "Fennec"....
Vibriert sie sehr stark? Steigt sie gut?
Bin nicht mitgeflogen. Vielleich beantwortet @Guido Voss das
The T-28 is not a beautiful aircraft(IMHO) but the sound is so bad ass....
Ist das denn ein unerfüllbarer Traum eine FW190 in Degerfeld zu sehen? Zu teuer?
+Pascal Chauvet ich kenne keine fw 190 die aktuell flugshows besucht
E
Sounds like a Wildcat
Or a Bearcat!
