Oh Richard my friend, what a brilliant production by you and your darling Elisabeth!! What other city in the world can boast so much beauty and tons of amazing sights to see with something to please every tourist from the brilliant architecture, the stunning gardens etc. etc.; I particularly enjoyed the more tropical ones on this video looking so cool, lush and clean. Talking about clean!! I read that Vienna has a reputation for being a clean and green city with great air and drinking water quality; noise pollution is also low ... could do with some peace and quiet. Talking about pollution ..... we are suffering terrible bush fires in Australia with people coming home to piles of rubble where once stood their lovely homes. This morning I peered through my window and the air was filled with thick smoke. I hate the heat. Anywho, sorry for the sad interruption and back to your beautiful Vienna. At first I thought the library was a church with its painted ceilings and so much detail .... you could spend all day in this place ... it is so beautiful; 12 million items ... oh mon dieu!! it is simply overwhelming. Beautiful music and voices, very strong and striking in keeping with the regal beauty of Vienna and then more tranquil towards the end with the more quaint gardens and buildings.
