My favourite apples for eating are honeycrisp, but they’re soooo expensive!
I’d you end up buying apples that you don’t like, I recommend chopping them up and cooking them with a little bit of water, lots of cinnamon, and a little bit of sugar or maple syrup.
I cook up an entire bag at a time and freeze it in muffin tin portions - I pop out one of two of those from the freezer the night before I want to eat them. Sometimes I eat them as is, other times I mix it in with oatmeal or plain yogurt.

Get oat milk, almond milk or cashew milk instead of whole milk. Or get evaporated milk from the tinned goods section

Hmm I don’t know much about no frills. people say they don’t really like Walmart tho, I guess maybe cause I once worked there so I’m quite familiar with prices and location of everything in their stores.

Why do you prefer to get your Chicken from African store please?
The chicken in the super stores like Walmart are tooo soft and not as sweet, I think they’ve injected some hormones. the ones from African stores are more fresh and authentic tastes more like real chicken
Why did you leave Winnipeg?
I feel like Winnipeg wasn’t my city, things weren’t going too well and I needed a change of environment. Maybe I’ll do a video on that later 💕
