This is my "everyday" watch that I wear for work or for outside activities. (I have an Omega SMP and a Tudor BB58 that I wear for "best.") Sometimes the (in)accuracy of the 6r movement bothers me, but I find the more that I wear the watch, the more accurate it is. I keep it on the rubber strap it came with; I really like that strap, but seeing it on some different strapes in your video makes me want to swap it out and experiment with other straps. It's an awesome looking watch, and when the sun hits that green sunburst dial it in the daytime it makes me smile; then I go inside to work and the lume just glows... It's a beauty, to be sure.
I have this watch and I really like it. Just a super solid watch with a really good fit. I have it on a green nato strap that just really fits the whole aesthetic of the watch. I love how it's brushed on the top and polished on the bottom...it just kinda says hello when you pick it up. It really holds up against far more expensive watches I own looks wise. Just a really nice watch. Good review man. I appreciate your channel. Have a great night!
i've owned this watch 3 times lol i moved it on but missed it every time so the one i have now being the classic black is here to stay. this being the only seiko i need me thinks.
Hey pal. Is there a slight variant on this green model? More specifically i see some with a slight cut hour marker at 3 o clock with date (and it has like) and in some it’s just the date at 3 o clock.
@@JimiTime1 They eventually added some lume to the 3 O'Clock indices. I believe just over two years ago. You notice some have a bit of lume at 3 and some don't. Same with the SPB 143's as well.
@@JacobLawrenceCanning Thanks for the share. I was not aware. I have a love/hate relationship when watch brands do this, but its cool to find the different variants.
@@JimiTime1 No sweat. Yeah, I don't see the need for the little tip of lume added at 3. It throws off the balance, but it's not a deal breaker. I'm considering this watch right now actually. There's rumours they've been discontinued and the green is really nice. A keeper.
Great review
Thank you for the kind words!

I love the Willard… it really is a perfect tool watch in my opinion.
I think if you look up “tool watch” in a pictured dictionary , it would be the Willard and the Tudor Pelagos lol
Owned the blue and the green. Sold both to fund another purchase but now thinking I need one back in the collection
Thanks for sharing! I’m glad to know I’m now alone in getting rid of a watch and wanting it back! That’s my story with the Hamilton Pan Europe

lol you’re the second person that said they’ve owned this watch a few times. I was that way with the Hamilton Pan Europ Chrono

Not to my knowledge, I’m assuming I have the later?
